There was a small surprise when 78th ranked LatvianA.Kraukla (4-3) smashed 76th ranked Finnish PuHu (2-6) 72-50 on Saturday. A.Kraukla trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 3-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-50. A.Kraukla dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to PuHu 's 32. A.Kraukla forced 24 PuHu turnovers. Everts Buls fired a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Raivo Erdmanis chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Werner Stude (187-2010) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists and Eppu Honkaluoma added 6 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side.
